Tea for Two

It is our tradition to go to a tea room for Kira's birthday, so we left Alayna with Daddy for a few hours and went to lunch on our own! Everyone thought she was so cute, and the ladies loaned her a fancy pink hat and feather boa to wear. She loved the lemonade in a small tea cup and the chips, of course! She waved to everyone there and shouted "happy, happy, TWO!" to anyone who would listen! She was very well behaved, too! Mommy even got to eat her lunch!

Happy Happy

Yesterday was Daddy's birthday, and I thought we would surprise him by teaching Kira to say "Happy Birthday" before he got home from work. We worked on it all afternoon and she was doing so good! As soon as he walked in the front door, Kira ran up to him and said "Happy HAPPY!" Of course, he knew what she was TRYING to say! So, now we have been talking about her "happy happy" that is coming up next week!
