march

March 26th, 2005Kira and her friend Aviv had their first official playdate today! They cooed and laughed at each other. Click here for a few pictures of their time together. Hopefully as time goes on, they will share and learn from each other.Kira is 4 months old today and I just can't believe how big she is getting! I weighed her at work 2 days ago and she was 15 pounds 10 ounces! Yikes! No wonder her clothes are getting tight again...oh, well...she's got a closet FULL of cute 6-9 month size clothes that I am dying to try on her! Momma got through with her first week at the new job at Edmond Renaissance Women's Hospital. Momma is tired (I haven't worked full time since I got married in 2002!) but Kira is learning how to take the bottle a little better. I love that I am just across the street from her while she is at Tiffany's!
March 17th, 2005Big News #1:We got a call yesterday from the talent agent who produces the shows that jer is in. She needed a baby to be in a PSA about safety with baby...apperently the baby they had orignally intended to use was not cooperating! I took her up there and they reported back to Margie that Kira is a natural! She was supposed to be asleep, but had just taken her nap, so she wasn't asleep but she at least wsa drowsy and cooperative...Now I have to figure out how I am going to catch a 30 second public service announcement on TV so we can watch and record it!Big News #2 Kira ROLLED OVER BY HERSELF from her tummy to her back! Twice! And I was there to watch it and cheer her on. She thought it was funny!Big News#3 We got her Easter pictures taken today at JCPenney...I spent most of the money she made yesterday from the commercial on them. They don't come in until April 6th and then I will get them out to everyone!
March 13th, 2005Kira is wearing her cranky pants again! She cried a LOT for daddy today while mommy was at work. She was starving after not eating on Thursday or Saturday while I was also at work...but she still refused the bottle. Ugh. We have a breast bottle on order. I sure hope it works.
March 8th, 2005Ack! Teething! Make the nightmare stop.........poor baby!
